Professionally

I work in the customer service department at a local telecom/ISP. I've formerly worked in technical support at a large television provider, and as a manager at a furniture/appliance/electronics retailer.

Personally

I'm a self proclaimed geek. I'm an Android early adopter, used to cover social media for a small blog, and have been known to break many things just to learn how to put them back together.

I'm a recovering musician. I've been playing guitar for well over half my life, and spent about a year playing bass for a little metal band based out of Tacoma WA a while back. I've also dabbled a bit in engineering and production.
